"Arcelia's Restaurant You're lower than Marcos is a must do on your travel list. The food is superb, the service is excellent being professional and personal, the ambiance is romantic or celebratory depending upon your occasion and again the food is prepared by a multi-star chef who is also the owner. The presentation is beautiful and the combination of flavors and spices and natural goodness never fail to impress. This is an experience you should not miss."
